Yes. Open the Studio in your browser, choose Custom, type your colours, and save any icon. It needs an internet connection to load the 3D engine, and no account.
The PNGs are still. Save an icon as an animated SVG to take the movement with you: it holds one loop at 400 px, usually 1 to 2 MB.
No. Light, glass and glow can't be drawn as vector shapes, so each SVG holds rendered images. That makes them right for screens at the size you export, not for editing in a design tool.
Yes, members can use them in personal and commercial projects, and credit isn't required. Please don't resell them.
